We recently ordered a large standing flower arrangement for a family member's funeral. Over the phone, the florist told us they had orders in for the same funeral from other family members and they all ordered the $300 arrangements. So we decided to match and ordered the same. When we got to the funeral we found out the other family members paid $200 for the same arrangements! My family always bought flowers from Happy Flowers for the past 10+ years. They were my mom's favorite florists. We called them to ask them why they charged us more and they made some lame excuse about how the flowers are different prices. Well, that's completely irrelevant to the initial conversation that caused us to make the $300 purchase but they refused to acknowledge this. We'll never buy from such a shady business again. Editted to add: after the owner replied to my review, I reached out to continue the conversation. I spoke with the manager and we were able to come to a reasonable understanding of what caused this unfortunate incident. The manager was very understanding, compassionate and apologetic. Such wonderful and amazing flowers! I ordered three bouquet of flowers and was amazed with the arrangement of the colors and the wrapping was very pretty as well. The three bouquet of flowers were each unique in their own way. I would highly recommend getting flowers from here!!! So beautiful and was perfect for my sister's graduation. The service there was amazing with such kind workers! 👍🥰❤️
